How should I care for my sweatshirt?

For Best Results - Wash inside out with low iron, wash to a max of 30°C - no tumble dry.

For Worst Results - Ideally used at high tide, keep it on, jump from the pier, swim across the harbour to the quarry and back and dry it on the mast!
